Words cannot express how happy I am with the work done by Richard and his assistant Michael. Richard is an honest man with tons of integrity. Michael is a hard working and extremely polite young man. They clearly are a terrific team! It was originally thought that Richard would have to “refinish” both showers/tubs, but on the day he gave the estimate, he suggested just doing the inlay on the downstairs, as he thought he could use a product to make the rest of the shower look close to new. He did just that, and then suggested trying the same upstairs as it would save us a ton of money. Both tubs/showers look close to new now! Not only did he save us money whilst doing a quality job, but he helped us find someone for another home project we need done. One can quickly tell Richard has heart just by talking with him. He loves dogs…we saw pictures of his Little Louie and he treated our Olive and Lotus like princesses. He loves his family and friends. It’s a small world…when talking with him, I quickly realized that I remembered his mother, Eve, from years ago when she was a floral designer at Swenson and Silacci Flowers in Salinas. For those of you who remember Eve, Richard is most definitely her son…a kind, compassionate, caring, and honest individual who has a passion for his work and a willingness to always help others. Thanks again Richard and Michael…we will appreciate the quality work you did for us for many years to come!
